This session will provide perspective to why a records management program may fail on first launch and provide tips and tricks that have been successful at the speaker's organization. Following the presentation, the floor will be open for dialog.

Nyota Brown has worked in the industry of process improvement for over 10 years with 9 of it being specifically on Records Management and Compliance. Her work includes creating (implementing), maintaining, and elevating a records management program to auditing a current retention (records) program. She has helped others with records retention and project management. Nyota has also presented at several local, regional, and national conferences. Her certifications include: BS-Psy, MBA, ASQ CQE, CMP, and RMC. Nyota has been featured in a few articles for both ASQ and City of Charlotte.
