Deb Voronkov, CRM, CEDS

Vice President, Legal Operations, Records Management, JPMorgan Chase

Deborah Voronkov is the Vice President, Legal Operations Manager and Records Manager at JPMorgan Chase, in Columbus Ohio.  Deb has extensive experience in Legal Operations, Legal Records Management, Contract Management,  Matter Management, Electronic Billing, and eDiscovery. 

Prior to joining JPMorgan, Deb spent seven years at Vertiv, and Emerson Network Power, where she managed Legal technology projects, Legal Operations and Records Management. 

Deb has been a Certified Records Manager since 2005.  She earned her Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist certification in 2020.  Deb has been an active member of ARMA International for over 25 years.

Roger Hansen, CRM

Ohio Department of Insurance

Roger Hansen is a Certified Records Manager and is currently employed as the Records Manager for the Ohio Department of Insurance. Mr. Hansen is a graduate of North Dakota State University and was in the Records and Information Management program at the University of North Dakota under Professor Mark Langemo, CRM, FAI. Mr. Hansen received his Certified Records Manager designation in 2004.

Mr. Hansen worked in restaurant  management prior to returning to school and entering the filed of Records Management. As a records manager has been employed by Owens Corning, Ingersoll-Rand, Scott’s, the Ohio State University, Franklin County Children’s Services, and now the Ohio Department of Insurance. He has also worked independently as a records management consultant.

Mr. Hansen has been a member of ARMA since 1999 and has made multiple presentation on the local ARMA level as well as at ARMA International.

Mr. Hansen and his family reside in Gahanna, OH.
